Booking prices: (incl. Water, electricity, heating)
Short-term bookings are only possible from 2 days
Example: from April 1st to November 30th
- Season total prices can be viewed in the booking calendar as a price calculator - see booking calendar
- Minimum rental price for a continuous booking: from 34 euros per day
- 7 days per day € 38.00 = € 266.00 without final cleaning
- 31 days per day € 34.00 = € 1054.00 without final cleaning
- Surcharge for more than 1 person = € 2.00 per day / person

- Minimum rental price for a continuous booking: from 36 euros per day
- 7 days per day € 40.00 = € 280.00 without final cleaning
- 31 days per day € 36.00 = € 1116.00 without final cleaning
- Surcharge for more than 1 person = € 2.00 per day / person
Prices for additional services, optionally by
the landlord
- Bed linen can be rented for an extra charge of 10 € / person
- Towels can be rented for an extra charge of 5 € / person
- Final cleaning, compulsory, € 75
- For longer leases (over 1 month) surcharge for intermediate cleaning 50 €
- A cot can be rented for an extra charge of 3 € / day
- Cleaning costs for pets at an extra charge of 3 € / day
- Internet WiFi free of charge. Telephone flat rate (only to landlines in Germany) for an extra charge of € 2 / day

In the following overview of occupancy, you can check whether the apartment is still free and call
up the booking form by clicking
on the "month name".
the maximum reservation duration is 2 days. If
there is no booking confirmation after 2 days,
this period is automatically activated again.
